TARTA ŚLIWKOWA NA TWAROGOWYM KRUCHYM CIEŚCIE
120g twarogu śmietankowego
120g miękkiego masła
130g mąki pszennej
szczypta soli
80 g cukru trzcinowego
• twaróg utarłam z masłem, solą i cukrem
• dodałam mąkę
• włożyłam na pół godziny do lodówki
• ciasto rozwałkowałam na papierze do pieczenia
• podpiekłam 15-20 minut w piekarniku 190 stopni (aż ciasto się zarumieniło)
• na podpieczone ciasto ułożyłam śliwki i posypałam brązowym cukrem
• piekłam ok. 25 minut (na wyczucie ;)
